Millie

Millie qualified as an Adult Nurse in 2021 and has been working as a General Practice Nurse ever since — a role she still loves and will continue alongside her work in aesthetics. During her time in practice,  Millie developed a strong interest in skin health, particularly in the ways our skin, repairs and restores itself.

Millie’s passion for skin also comes from personal experience. She dealt with problematic skin since her teenage years, from severe acne to very dry and reactive skin, so Millie truly understand how much our skin can influence how we feel about ourselves. 

Millie has had the privilege of training under Rachel, gaining invaluable insight from her experience and expertise. Combining this with her nursing background, Millie is passionate about helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin through safe, effective, and natural-looking aesthetic treatments.

Millie believes in being open, honest, and supportive throughout the patient journey. Her approach is all about listening to you, understanding your goals, and working together to create results that make you feel your best. If a treatment isn’t quite right for you, or if Millie thinks someone else could help you better, she always guide you to another professional. Your safety, comfort, and happiness are at the heart of everything Millie does.

Rachel Cootes

Having qualified as a children’s nurse from University of Southampton in 2006, I spent 12 very happy years working within the NHS, completing a further nursing qualification in mental health plus a nurse prescribing qualification during this time. I worked for many years as a Matron within an adult eating disorder service, plus time within Children’s Mental Health services and the CQC & complaints team.

It was during a nurse prescribing post within a GP surgery that I became really fascinated with not only the health of our skin and how best to treat skin conditions but also the affect our skin has on our mental wellbeing. A good skin day can make us feel on top of the world, but a bad skin day can leave us feeling miserable. I love skin health so much that I recently completed my Professional Diploma in Dermatology via the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. In the Autumn of 2024 I was proudly awarded the Aspire Rising Star award for my passion and commitment to patients skin journeys.

I absolutely pride myself in offering holistic care to my clients, creating bespoke treatment plans in partnership ensuring that you get the results you are looking for. Injectable treatments are great on their own but they are wonderful when they are combined with an overall skin improvement plan. I like to help clients understand what their skin needs from them as it ages, I hope to take the stress out of your skincare routine for you!
